Exercise Group

Saturday Jan 24th
So this month we'd like to try something different! For those of you who have a 24 hour fitness membership, we will be doing Water Aerobics at 9am at the Kipling Sport at Kipling & Bowles. We'll also be doing lap swim afterwards at 10. If there are more of you who'd rather do this at Lilley Gulch Rec Center in the future, comment on this or email me directly & we can set that up. It's a great workout and perfect for wintertime!

PS...we'll be resuming the 5Ks in March, so keep running, or start thinking about training now!

The Exercise Group is a perfect way for you to kick off your New Year's Resolution!

sounds fun! I will be thinking of how nice it would be to swim rather than run!!! Sat. are my long run days. I would love to "learn" better swim techniques.
